1. Subject
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the purchase of products made on the StadiumBricks.com website (hereinafter "Site") by users residing both in Italy and abroad. By placing an order, the user fully accepts the conditions set forth herein.

All products for sale on the Site are described accurately and in detail. The images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual product. Any non-substantial differences do not constitute product defects.
3. Prices and Payments

- For international purchases, currency exchange rates are determined by the payment provider used.
- Prices include VAT, where applicable, in accordance with current regulations. For purchases outside the EU, any customs duties or local taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Users residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
- Withdrawal Procedure:

- Conditions:
- Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, and unused.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise indicated.
- Refund:
- Once the return has been verified, the refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the product.
7. Customized Products
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless they have manufacturing defects.
8. Warranty
All products are covered by the legal conformity warranty, valid in both Italy and European Union countries, in accordance with Directive 1999/44/EC. For purchases outside the EU, local warranty regulations apply.

9. Limitation of Liability
StadiumBricks shall not be liable for delays or non-deliveries due to force majeure events (e.g., natural events, strikes, pandemics, etc.) or for improper use of purchased products.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- EU Residents: These terms are governed by Italian law, in compliance with EU regulations. For any disputes, the competent court will be that of the consumer or another jurisdiction provided by European laws.
- International Customers: For non-EU users, the contract is governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent Italian court, unless otherwise specified by local regulations.
