Who is StadiumBricks?
Hello! My name is Daniel, and as StadiumBricks, I design custom models using LEGO® bricks. I enjoy creating replicas of real, existing, or historic stadiums and constructions related to the world of sports. Among the models already created, there are both prototypes for display only and constructions that can be reproduced by purchasing the design.
Are the bricks used in StadiumBricks projects original LEGO®?
Absolutely YES. All StadiumBricks models are designed with and for the use of original LEGO® bricks. Beware of imitations: "compatibility" does not guarantee the same quality!
Can I obtain and build one of the StadiumBricks models?
StadiumBricks projects, except for prototypes, are available in three variants:
- Complete Set
- Printed Instructions Kit
- Digital Instructions Kit
Can I request a custom model?
At the moment, we do not offer custom design services, but we regularly update our catalog with new exclusive models.
Complete Set
What does the Complete Set include?
The Complete Set includes all the LEGO® bricks needed to build the model, along with assembly instructions in both printed (A4 manual) and digital (eBook for Windows) versions. The LEGO® bricks - original and new - are provided loose but sorted into bags to facilitate construction.
What happens if a brick is missing?
All our sets are prepared by hand, so occasional human errors can occur. For the smallest (e.g., 1x1 brick, 1x1 plate) and most frequent bricks (50+ pieces of the same type and color), extra pieces are included. However, if you notice a missing brick in your Complete Set, contact us via email at [email protected], and we will send the missing piece by priority mail.
What shipping methods are available?
The Complete Set is shipped via express courier with insurance included. Alternatively, you can pick up the product in person in Milan (Certosa area) or Saronno, with no shipping fees. Check the Shipping page for more details.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, international shipping is available. If you do not see your destination at checkout, contact us via email at [email protected] for a personalized quote.
How can I track my order?
After shipping, we will send you the tracking code and the link to the courier's tracking page.
Printed Instructions Kit
What does the Printed Instructions Kit include?
The Printed Instructions Kit includes a high-resolution, professionally bound A4 landscape instruction manual and a complete list of the necessary LEGO® bricks. The list is also available for free download in various formats (.PDF, .xlsx, .xml, .bsx) on the dedicated model page on our website.
How can I get the LEGO® bricks?
If you need bricks, you can purchase them online directly from LEGO® (LEGO Pick a Brick service) or BrickLink.com (a marketplace owned by LEGO Group). For the best cost-time ratio, we recommend creating an account on BrickLink.com and using the Wanted List function to create a personalized list and purchase everything with just a few clicks.
Can I buy LEGO® bricks from you?
We do not sell loose bricks directly, but every model is also available as a Complete Set, which includes all the bricks (new and strictly original LEGO®!). Check the Complete Set product page for more information.
Can I buy only the bricks without the instructions?
No, the bricks are only available in the Complete Set, which includes both the pieces and the assembly instructions.
Can I build using other compatible bricks?
We do not recommend it. All StadiumBricks models are designed with and for the use of original LEGO® bricks. Beware of imitations: "compatibility" does not guarantee the same quality!

Digital Instructions Kit
What does the Digital Instructions Kit include?
The Digital Instructions Kit includes a digital instruction manual for building the model in eBook format (one license) for WINDOWS, along with the complete list of necessary LEGO® bricks in various formats (.PDF, .xlsx, .xml, .bsx). The list is also available for free download on the dedicated model page on our website.
Note: The eBook can only be accessed on a single PC with a WINDOWS operating system using the CopySafe PDF Reader program and a viewing license.
How are digital products delivered?
The Digital Instructions Kit is delivered exclusively via email. Within 24 hours of payment receipt, your viewing license will be activated, and you will receive the link to download all documents.
I have a different operating system than Windows: how can I view the digital instructions?
The CopySafe PDF Reader program is supported on Windows, but Mac users can use it through a Windows virtual machine with Parallels. For other operating systems, we do not have information.
Can I view the instructions on a smartphone?
Unfortunately, no. The CopySafe PDF Reader program is available only on Windows PCs.
How can I get the LEGO® bricks?
You can purchase bricks online directly from LEGO® (LEGO Pick a Brick service) or BrickLink.com. We recommend using BrickLink.com's Wanted List function to create a personalized list and buy everything easily.

Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments in Euros via bank transfer (IBAN) or PayPal. A PayPal account is not required, as the platform allows credit card payments without registration. Cash payments are not accepted.
What currency is accepted for payments?
We accept payments in Euros.
Returns, Cancellations, and Order Modifications
Can I modify an order that has not yet been shipped?
Yes, you can modify your order by contacting us promptly via email at [email protected]. Depending on the requested change, we will prepare the new product, and the order amount will be recalculated. If payment has already been made, a partial refund or an additional payment may be required.
Can I cancel an order that has not yet been shipped?
Yes, you can cancel your order by contacting us promptly via email at [email protected]. If payment has already been made, the order will be refunded, excluding PayPal transaction fees (only for PayPal or credit card payments). If more than 24 hours have passed, shipping costs will not be refundable.
Can I return physical products?
Yes, you can return a fully intact physical product within 14 days of receipt by contacting us via email at [email protected]. After verifying the return conditions, a refund will be issued, excluding PayPal transaction fees.
Can I return digital products?
Yes, you can cancel the digital product order within 14 days of license activation, provided the document has never been opened in CopySafe PDF Reader. Contact us via email at [email protected] for a refund verification.
