Shipping Policy
1. Domestic Shipping (Italy)
- Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery generally takes 3-5 business days.
- Shipping Cost: The shipping cost varies based on the weight and value of the product. The final calculation will be displayed at checkout.
- Carriers Used: We collaborate with reliable couriers such as Bartolini, SDA, and UPS to ensure a secure and timely service.
2. International Shipping (EU and the Rest of the World)
European Union (EU):
- Delivery Time: Orders for EU countries are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery takes 5-7 business days, depending on the destination.
- Shipping Cost: The cost varies based on the destination, weight, and value of the product. The final calculation will be displayed at checkout.
- Customs: No customs fees apply for shipments within the EU.
Rest of the World:
- Delivery Time: International delivery outside the EU may take between 7 and 15 business days, depending on the destination country and the chosen shipping service.
- Shipping Cost: Shipping costs vary based on the destination, weight, and value of the product. Currently, automatic shipping calculation is not available for non-EU destinations, and a specific quote must be requested.
- Customs: For international shipments outside the EU, any customs duties or local taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. General Information
- Order Tracking: All shipments include a tracking number that will be provided via email once the package has been shipped.
- Incorrect Addresses: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
- Delivery Issues: In case of delays or shipping issues, please contact us at [email protected], specifying your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Important notes:
- Free in-person pickup is available in Saronno (VA) or Milan (Certosa area) by appointment.
- International rates include basic shipping costs but do not cover possible customs duties or local taxes, which remain the customer’s responsibility.
- The total order weight is automatically calculated at checkout.
5. Digital Products
The shipment of the Digital Instruction Kit is free and is carried out exclusively via email. Within 24 hours of receiving payment, your viewing license will be activated, and you will receive a link to download all documents. There are no destination restrictions.
